Four Modules

ABG Interpreter

Enter pH, PaCO₂, and HCO₃ for instant acid-base classification (respiratory/metabolic acidosis or alkalosis), compensation assessment (Winters' formula, acute/chronic), and mixed disorder detection.

Anion Gap

AG = Na − (Cl + HCO₃). Albumin-corrected AG (+2.5 per 1 g/dL below 4.0). Delta ratio for mixed HAGMA/NAGMA identification.

Lactate

Grade serum lactate: normal (<2 mmol/L), hyperlactatemia (2–3.9), lactic acidosis (≥4). Combine with systolic BP for shock classification (cryptic / septic shock criteria).

Oxygenation

P/F ratio = PaO₂/FiO₂ with Berlin ARDS classification (mild/moderate/severe). A-a gradient with age-adjusted normal range. FiO₂ quick presets (0.21, 0.40, 1.0).
