This data is stored locally on your device. Candle Shelf Log does not send it to the developer's server.
If you import or export CSV files, those files are handled locally on your device or through the share destinations you choose.
Candle Shelf Log is not directed to children under 13. Because Candle Shelf Log does not collect personal data from any user, it does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
