Logging a Heart Rate Reading

Open the Log tab, make sure "Heart Rate" is selected at the top, enter your BPM value, set the date and time, add an optional note, and tap "Save Record". The reading is saved instantly and appears in the History tab.

Logging a Blood Pressure Reading

On the Log tab, tap "Blood Pressure". Enter systolic (upper) and diastolic (lower) values in mmHg, set the date and time, and tap "Save Record".

Viewing History

The History tab shows all records sorted newest first, mixing heart rate and blood pressure entries. Each row shows the value, date, time, and a color-coded health category badge. Swipe left on any row to delete it, or tap Edit to delete multiple records at once.

Understanding Trends

The Trends tab shows your last 14 readings for heart rate and blood pressure separately. Each card displays average, min, and max statistics along with a line chart.

Health Categories

Heart Rate: Low (<60 bpm), Normal (60–100 bpm), Elevated (101–120 bpm), High (>120 bpm).

Blood Pressure: Normal (<120/80), Elevated (120–129/<80), High Stage 1 (130–139/80–89), High Stage 2 (≥140/≥90), Crisis (≥180/≥120).

Backfilling Past Readings

Tap the date and time field on the Log tab to pick any past date and time before saving.
