Open the Medications tab and tap the "+" button. Enter the medication name, dosage (e.g. "500 mg"), pick a color, and add one or more daily dose times. Tap Save when done.
In the Today tab, every scheduled dose for the day is listed. Tap the checkmark to mark a dose as taken or the minus icon to mark it skipped. Doses can also be logged retroactively from the same view.
Open the Settings tab and toggle Notifications on. The first time you do this, iOS will ask for notification permission. Once granted, local notifications fire at each scheduled dose time without any network or background polling.
If Live Activities are enabled in iOS Settings, MedicationClock shows the next upcoming dose on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. It refreshes automatically when you mark a dose taken or modify a schedule.
The History tab lists every taken and skipped dose grouped by date. Status icons: green checkmark = taken, gray minus = skipped, amber clock = scheduled but not yet acted on.
The Settings tab shows the count of active medications, total doses taken, and an adherence percentage (taken ÷ (taken + skipped)).
Go to Settings → Danger Zone and tap "Clear All Data". You will be asked to confirm before any medications, dose times, or history records are deleted. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
MedicationClock is for personal medication tracking only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always follow the dosing instructions of your prescribing healthcare professional.
