Open the Plan tab and choose your challenge duration (1, 7, 21, or 90 days). Set your daily sugar baseline and daily cost, then tap Start. Your challenge begins immediately.
On the Home tab, tap "Today's Check-in" to record a sugar-free day. If you slipped, you can use a forgiveness day — it counts as a check-in but is shown in orange on the calendar. Once your forgiveness days are used up, the challenge ends.
Forgiveness days are built-in buffer days that let you slip once without failing the challenge. When you set up a challenge, you can configure how many forgiveness days to allow. Use them wisely — they do not reset.
When a sugar craving hits, open the Cravings tab and tap "SOS Craving". A 10-minute countdown starts. Focus on the prompt and wait it out. Most cravings pass within 10 minutes without action.
The Cravings tab shows a list of common sugary items paired with healthier alternatives. Tap any item to read more about why the swap works. These swaps make it easier to redirect cravings to something that still satisfies.
The Savings tab shows money saved, sugar grams skipped, and calories cut — based on your daily baseline settings. Projections for 30, 90, and 365 days appear when you have an active plan.
To start over, go to the Plan tab and tap "Reset and Start Again". You will be asked to confirm. Your current challenge will be archived in history before the reset.
Tap "Challenge History" on the Plan tab to review all past challenges, including their target days, successful check-ins, and total money saved.
Long-press your home screen, tap the "+" button, and search for NoSugar. Add the widget to see your current streak and savings at a glance without opening the app.
