FAQ

How do I start a fast?

Pick a plan on the Home tab and tap the Start button. The timer begins immediately and a Live Activity appears on your Lock Screen.

Why didn't I get a notification when my fast ended?

Make sure notifications are enabled for Fasty in iOS Settings → Notifications → Fasty. Also check that Focus / Do Not Disturb is not silencing the app.

The Live Activity / Dynamic Island disappeared. How do I bring it back?

Live Activities are managed by iOS and may be dismissed automatically after several hours. Open Fasty and your active fast will resume tracking; a new Live Activity starts on the next session.

How do I change or end a fast early?

Tap the running session on the Home tab to end it. You can also edit start and end times in History.

Is my data synced or backed up?

No. Fasty stores everything on-device only. There are no accounts and no cloud sync. Uninstalling the app removes all data.

How do I delete all my data?

Settings → Clear All Data. Or uninstall the app.

Does Fasty give medical advice?

No. Fasty is a habit tracker only. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fasting regimen.
