Logging an Attack

Open the Log tab and tap "Start Attack" to begin timing. Set pain intensity (1–10), select the side (left, right, both), add triggers and symptoms by tapping the chips, toggle medication and effectiveness, and add any notes. Tap "Stop & Save" to store the record.

Active Attack Persistence

If you close the app during an active attack, the timer resumes automatically when you reopen HeadLog. The start time is preserved across app restarts.

History

The History tab lists all attacks sorted newest first. Tap any row to see full details. Swipe left on a row to delete it.

Statistics

The Stats tab shows a monthly overview. Use the arrow buttons to navigate between months. Each month shows total attacks, average intensity, total duration, a daily intensity bar chart, and a ranking of your most common triggers.

Clearing All Data

Go to Settings and tap "Clear All Data". You will be asked to confirm before any data is deleted. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
